At Banners NSW, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. We know that building or renovating a home is a big decision, and we’re committed to being open, fair, and supportive every step of the way.

Deposits & Payments

Your deposit secures materials, labour, and scheduling for your project. Because these funds are often allocated quickly, deposits are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens—and we’ll always do our best to work with you if plans change.

Change of Mind

If work has not yet begun and minimal costs have been incurred, we may be able to offer a partial refund or apply your payment toward a future project. Just reach out—we’re here to help.

Issues with Work

If you're not happy with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue, whether that’s through repairs, adjustments, or fair compensation. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How to Request a Refund

Please get in touch with our team via phone or email, and provide details of your concern. We aim to respond within 5–10 business days and resolve things as smoothly as possible.
